摘要
文章从能效标识实施现状以及实施的必要性入手,在借鉴国外经验的基础上,设计能效测评标识制度的运行机制,并提出能效测评标识制度运行的机制环境,为建筑节能的进一步推广提供有益的探索。
Abstract： The present of energy-efficiency label is introduced, and necessity of implementation is analyzed. Based on the experience of overseas, the operating mechanism of energy-efficiency label measuring is developed, and the operating environment of the system is set up, in order to provide the beneficial explore for further promoting the energy-saving.
