摘要
研究了成熟的市场经济应是市场机制、政府监管机制、行业自律机制的有效结合,分析了我国建筑业行业协会与发达国家在制度安排上的不同点,结合发达国家行业协会建设经验,对我国建筑业行业协会、行业自律机制的建设内容进行了探讨。
The idea of a mature market economy should be an effective combination of the market mechanism, the governmental supervisory mechanism and the industry self-disciplining mechanism are studied in this paper. The difference between the construction industry guild of China and developed countries on the institutional arrangement is analyzed. Compared with the construction experience of the trade guild of developed countries, this paper discusses the construction content of the construction industry guild and the industry self-disciplining mechanism of our country.
