摘要
根据巷道支护形式和地质条件分析,研究应用了扩修巷道壁后注浆加固技术,提出了加固围岩、局部造顶、防止顶板冒落等技术,采用分散、间歇注浆,对扩修巷道壁后注浆加固技术进行了现场试验。试验结果表明,该技术满足了扩修巷道壁后注浆加固的技术要求,提高了顶板整体性和围岩抗压强度,保证了巷道扩修的安全施工。
According to the supporting form of roadway and geological conditions analysis,this paper applied the grouting reinforcement behind segment technology of expanding laneway,pointed out the rock reinforcement,local-made top,roof caving prevention and other techniques,used dispersion and intermittent grouting,and conducted site test of the grouting reinforcement behind segment technology of expanding laneway.The results show that this technology meets the technical requirements of grouting behind segment of the expanding roadway,improves the integrity of roof and the compressive strength of rock,and ensure the safety of the roadway expansion construction.
