摘要
以某矿石门巷道受上部煤层工作面跨采影响条件下的维护技术为例,对巷道破坏的原因进行了分析,从提高围岩强度的角度出发,提出了在原支护条件下对被保护巷道进行注浆加固的方案。从现场实践的效果来看,注浆技术的采用提高了浅部岩体的围岩强度,改善了力学性能,从而使巷道在采用锚杆支护时,能够显著提高锚杆的锚固力,形成有效的承载结构,降低采动影响围岩变形的程度。
Taking the maintenance technology for a mine crosscut roadway under a mining face in abovo/seam in a mine, the paper analyzed the cause of the mine roadway failure. To improve the strength of the surrounding rocks, the paper a grouting reinforced scheme for the failed roadway under the original support conditions. The practical results at the site showed that the grouting technology applied had improved the surrounding rock strength of the direct rocks and improved the rock mechanics performances. Therefore when the roadway were supported with the bolts, the anchored forces of the bolts had been obviously improved and formed a effective bearing structures. The influence to the deformation of the surrounding rocks by the mining activities were reduced.
