摘要
结合国内电力机车整备作业中存在的问题及作业现场的控制要求,分析了电力机车整备作业安全监控过程中设备控制系统的功能需求。划分了电力机车整备作业安全监控系统的软硬件模块,结合计算机网络通讯技术、现场总线技术、PLC控制技术等,设计了集中管理、分布式控制网络结构和PROFIBUS-DP总线网络控制系统。实现了电力机车整备作业安全监控系统自动化、信息化的管理与控制。工程实践表明,该系统能很好满足电力机车整备作业现场控制要求。
After combining with the problems of domestic electric locomotive preparedness operations and the requirement of controlling of servicing operation on-site,analyzed the requirement of function of equipment control system of the servicing work safety supervision system for electric locomotive.Also,software and hardware modules of the system has been divided.Through computer network communicate technology,field—bus technology and PLC,Designed a centralized management,distributed control network structure and PROFIBUS-DP field -bus network control system.Realized the automatic,informational management and control in safety monitoring system on electric locomotive preparedness operations.Engineering practice shows that the system certainly meets the requirements in field - bus control of electric locomotive preparedness operations.
