摘要
对超微细碳酸钙—高档油墨填料２０６＃ 的研制开发做了简介，超微细碳酸钙（平均粒径≤０．０２ μｍ ）制造的技术关键是在碳化反应过程中添加一定量的螯合剂和分散剂（水溶性金属盐）及控制碳化反应温度。并讨论了其应用和发展前景。
The preparation of high quality printing-ink filler 206 #—ultrafine calcium carbonate is briefly introduced.The key to the preparation of ultrafine calcium carbonate(average particle size≤0.02 μm)is to add a certain amount chelating and dispersion agents(water soluble metallic salt)in the process of carbonation reaction and to control the carbonation temperature.The application of this product and its development prospect are also discussed.
