摘要
本文是用 Ar-C_3H_6低温等离子体处理重质碳酸钙粉末及其对填充塑料性能影响的系列研究工作之一,在本文中主要研究了用浸润热测量法对等离子体处理粉末的改性效果进行评价和不同处理条件对重质碳酸钙粉未改性的影响。结果表明:用浸润热测量法评价等离子体处理粉未的改性效果是可行的;处理时间、气体流量和放电功率等各种处理条件均能影响重质碳酸钙粉未的改性。
This paper reports one of systematic research works on the effect of Ar- C_3H_6 cold plasma treated fillers on some properties of filled plastics.The evaluation of the modification effect of plasma treated heavy calcium carbo- nate powder by means of calorimetrically measured heats of immersion and the effect of various treatment conditions on the modification of heavy calc- ium carbonate powder are studied.The results indicate that it is practical and evident that the immersion heat measurement of powder is used as the eyaluation method of the modification effect of plasma-treated powder and that various treatment conditions such as the treatment time,the flow volume of gases and the output power can affect the modification of the heavy calcium carbonate powder.
