摘要
建立了腈菌唑的气相色谱定量分祈方法 ,选用 5 %OV - 2 2 5为固定液 ,邻苯二甲酸二辛酯为内标物。该方法标准偏差为 0 45 % ,变异系数为 0 .96 % ,平均回收率为 10 0 .10 % ,且有良好的线性关系 ,其相关系数为 0 .9999,回归方程为Y =0 .0 0 0 434 +1 15 6 1X。
A method for determination of myclobutanil by Gas Chromatography was established in this report, using 5% OV-225/Chromosorb W AW-DMCS(60～80 mesh)as stationary phase,di-n-octylphthalate as internal standard.The results showed that the standard deviation,variation coefficient and average recovery were 0.45%,0.96% and 100.10%,respectively.The method gave a good liner response with calibration curve formula of Y=0.00434+1.1561X and the relative coefficient of 0.99997.
