摘要
本文采用气相色谱法分析腈菌唑的含量，选用ＯＶ－１７固定液，Ｇａｓ－ＣｈｒｏｍＱ担体制备色谱柱，该法平均响应值为１．０９５５，线性范围宽（称样比从０．６７６７～１．６９２１皆可），回收率在９９．５２～１００．７８％之间，标准偏差≤４．２×１０￣－３，变异系数＜Ｏ．５４％。
Myclobutanil was analyzed by GC on 3%OV-17/Gas Chrom Q column with average recovery of 100.02%.A good linear relationship of pure sample and internal standard was found in the range of 0.6767～1.6921.The standard deviations and co-efficients of variation are respectively in 4.2×10￣-3 and 0.54%.
