Quality Test Standards and Evaluation of Pneumatic Components

摘要 简要介绍了我国气动行业的发展方向及趋势,阐述了我国气动"十二五"发展规划的重点产品和关键技术。以气缸、气动换向阀和气动元件流量特性为例介绍了气动行业内现行有效的国家标准、行业标准和国际标准,指出应在行业中重视标准体系和重点标准的全面培训和宣贯工作。重点分析了气动元件流量特性和气动换向阀检测标准,对气缸可靠性标准的测试条件、检查项目、失效评判和数据处理进行了详细阐述,最后指出了气动检测过程中常见的不合格项目。 The developing trends of future pneumatic industry are briefly introduced, and key products and technologies of the pneumatic Twelfth Five-Year Guideline are described in China. Valid national standards, industry standards and international standards are described by taking cylinder, pneumatic directional valve and flow-rate characteristics of pneumatic components as examples. It is pointed out that great attention should be paid to complete training and implementation of standard system and key standards. The standards of flow-rate characteristics and pneumatic directional valve are emphatically analyzed, and the reliability standard of cylinders with piston red is described in detail involving test conditions, test procedure, threshold levels and data processing. Finally, some common unqualified items during process of the test are pointed out.
