Experiments Verification on the Testing for Flow-rate Characteristics of Pneumatic Components

摘要 针对新国际标准ISO 6358-1中测量气动元件流量特性的两种方法——放气试验和充气试验方法,选取电磁阀和流量控制阀,通过实验分析了不同测试压力和取点间隔对C、b值测试结果的影响;并在相同测试条件下,对两种试验方法所测C、b值的一致性进行验证。测试数据表明:两种试验方法测得的C值受取点间隔和测试压力影响较小;b值受测试压力和取点间隔影响大。相同测试条件下,两种试验方法测出的C值相近,而b值相差太大。建议国际标准在后续修订时能明确测试压力和取点间隔条件,并考虑进一步研究两种测试方法并存于同一标准中的适用性和科学性。 Experiments are conducted to make a comparison between the discharge and charge tests for measuring the flow-rate characteristics of pneumatic components, which proposed in the new international standard ISO 6358- 1. In the experiments, the influence of testing pressure and spaced data points on the testing results of C and b values are analyzed by selecting solenoid valve and flow control valve. The consistency of C and b values obtained from these two methods is verified under the same testing conditions. Results showed that the C values are less influ- enced by the testing pressure and spaced data points in the two testing methods. However, the b values are signifi- cantly affected by the above two factors. Therefore, under the same testing conditions, similar C values but different b values are measured in the two testing methods. The authors suggested that the both the testing pressure and spaced data points should be determined in the subsequent revision of standard, the applicable and scientific existence of two methods in one standard should be considered.
