纳米Al2O3/聚酰亚胺耐高温应急粘接堵漏材料的研究 被引量:2

摘要 研究了纳米Al2O3粒子对聚酰亚胺粘接材料性能的影响。结果表明,纳米Al2O3粒子能明显提升聚酰亚胺粘接堵漏材料的粘接性能。当纳米Al2O3粒子添加量为8%~12%时,聚酰亚胺粘接堵漏材料的剪切强度可提高37%;纳米Al2O3/聚酰亚胺粘接堵漏材料在高温固化过程中,纳米A12O3产生向粘接界面偏析现象。 The adhesive performance of the complex ot Nano-Al2O3 ana polyimide adhesive is investigated. Results show that Nano-A12O3 can obviously improve the adhesive performance of polyimide adhesive. In the case of nano-Al2O3 was about 8%~12%, the bonding intensity of polyimide adhesive could be improved from 22MPa to 35MPa, increased by about 35%. The surface modified agent can largely improve the bonding intensity and glued area of the complex nano-Al2O3/polyimide adhesive. The self-segregation of nano-Al2O3 was firstly discovered in high temperature curing by SEM.
