摘要
菌株R08(Bacillus)具有强吸附还原Pd2+ 的能力. 用R08 将Pd2+ /γ- Al2O3 表面的Pd2+ 完全还原为Pd0,制成高分散度的Pd0/γ- Al2O3 催化剂. 该催化剂对CO催化转化为CO2 表现出高的活性,在150 ℃,通CO(2% )空气混合气、GHSV 30 000 m L·g- 1·h- 1的条件下,CO转化率100% ;而且已测单程寿命为80 h.
Strain R08 (Bacillus SP.) has strong adsorbability to Pd 2+ and can reduce Pd 2+ to Pd 0. The results of XPS measurement showed that Pd 2+ ions supported onγ Al 2O 3 were reduced to Pd 0 particles by strain R08. The precursor of Pd 0/γ Al 2O 3 catalyst was prepared by biochemical reduction method. This precursor can be used to prepare Pd 0/γ Al 2O 3 catalyst with high dispersion.The result of actvity assay indicated that the catalyst had high catalytic activity for the oxidation of carbon monoxide, with CO conversion reaching 100% at 150℃ and GHSV 30 000mL·h -1 ·g -1 . and high stability during 80h of reaction operation.
