环流反应与过滤一体式污水处理装置是在原有反应沉淀一体式矩形环流生物反应器(RPIR)基础上增加了过滤单元及无动力自动反冲洗联动系统而形成的一种新型的污水快速生化处理装置。通过中试考察了该装置的除污效果,以及过滤单元的过滤性能和自动反冲洗机制。在系统DO为1~2 mg/L、污泥浓度为6 000~9 000 mg/L、COD容积负荷平均为3.75 kg/(m3.d)、氨氮容积负荷平均为0.22 kg/(m3.d)、HRT为3.2 h时,对COD和氨氮的去除率分别在90%和80%以上。过滤单元的进水浊度应小于20 NTU,最佳过滤周期为12 h,气水联合反冲洗的最佳气冲强度为18 L/(m2.s),最佳水冲强度为8 L/(m2.s)。
Reaction-filtration integrated rectangular airlift loop reactor, a novel equipment for fast biochemical treatment of domestic sewage, was developed by adding a filtration unit and an unpowered automatic back flush system to existing reaction-precipitation integrated rectangular airlift loop reactor. The biochemical treatment efficiency, the filtration efficiency and the automatic back flush mechanism of the reaction-filtration integrated rectangular airlift loop reactor were investigated in pilot-scale experi- ments. The average removal rates of COD and NH4^+ - N could achieve above 90% and 80% respectively at the optimal operating conditions of DO = 1 to 2 rag/L, MLSS = 6 000 to 9 000 mg/L, OLR = 3.75 kg/ ( m^3· d), ANLR = 0.22 kg/( m3 · d) and HRT = 3.2 h. The influent turbidity of the filtration unit should be kept below 20 NTU, and the best filtration effect could be achieved when back flush was conducted every 12 h with gas speed of 18 g/(m^2 · s) and water speed of 8 g/(m^2 · s).
