摘要 采集三相气提升循环流化床(AILR)+膜生物反应器(MBR)工艺处理焦化废水的中试试验数据,在Labview的编程平台上,基于MBR脱C、脱N模型、溶解氧浓度和膜面流速计算模型,对该工艺进行了动态模拟,模拟结果表明:出水COD、NH3-N浓度等模拟值能够很好地和实测值相吻合,相对误差小。 Pilot-scale experimental data were collected in this study on coking wastewater treatment with airlift internal loop reactor (AILR) and membrane biological reactor (MBR) process. Based on the platform of Labview and calculations models on carbon, nitrogen removal, dissolved oxygen and membrane superficial velocity, the dynamic simulation of AILR and MRB process was studied. Experimental results indicated that COD and NH3-N concentration in effluent could be simulated well with experimental values, with low value of relative error.
