摘要
目的探讨PBL教学模式在EICU护理查房中的应用及效果,提高护士综合素质。方法选取EICU护士32名为研究对象,2010年采用PBL护理查房模式为实验组,2009年采用传统查房模式为对照组,比较两组终期考核、科研成绩以及满意度调查。结果实验组理论成绩(91.00±1.89)分与技能操作成绩(93.03±3.19)分均高于对照组的(86.99±6.95)分和(89.03±4.98)分,差异具有统计学意义(t分别为3.167,3.569;P〈0.05);实验组发表论文(9篇)高于对照组(2篇);实验组护士对查房方式满意度(93.75%)高于对照组(71.88%),差异具有统计学意义(x^2=5.379,P〈0.05);实验组患者对护士的满意度(95.83%)高于对照组(88.33%),差异具有统计学意义(x^2=4.630,P〈0.05)。结论与传统的护理查房模式相比,PBL查房模式更能提高护理查房的效果,提高护士的综合素质和护理质量,使护患关系更和谐。
Objective To explore the effects of applying problem-based learning model in nursing wardround in emergency intensive care unit so as to improve the comprehensive quality of nurses. Methods The problem-based learning nursing ward-round model used in 2010 was experimental group, while the traditional mode in 2009 was control group, then compared final evaluation, nursing research results, both nurses and patients' satisfaction with each other. Results Theory score and skill score of experimental group was ( 91. 00± 1.89 ) and ( 93.03 ± 3.19 ) higher than ( 86.99± 6.95 ) and ( 89.03 ±4.98 ) in control group, and the difference was statistically significant (t = 3. 167,3. 569, respectively; P 〈 0. 05 ). The experimental group's nursing research results (9 piece) was better than control group (2 piece). Nurses' satisfaction degree about ward-round model and patients' satisfaction degree among experimental group was 93.75% and 95.83% higher than 71.88% and 88.33% in control group, and the difference was statistically significant ( X2 = 5. 379,4. 630, respectively; P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusions Problem-based learning (PBL) nursing ward- round model can improve the effect of nursing ward-round, nurses ' comprehensive qualities and nursing quality, which promote relation between nurse and patient to be more harmony, compared with the traditional nursing ward-round mode.
