摘要
长期运行下气体绝缘金属封闭开关设备(gas insulated switchgear,GIS)的潜伏性缺陷会引致放电,最终可能引起绝缘崩溃。为了探索一种基于SF6成分分析的有效判断GIS放电状态的方法,在110 kV母线段内进行放电试验,检测分析不同放电类型下分解气体的体积分数变化规律,提出使用CS2,SO2F2和SO2作为GIS潜伏性缺陷的特征气体,它们的增长速率可用于判断GIS绝缘的状况。在此基础上,给出了GIS潜伏性缺陷的判断流程,其有效性得到了实际验证。
Hidden defects of gas insulated switchgear (GIS) after long operation may cause discharge and ultimately results in breakdown of insulation. In order to explore a effective method for determining GIS discharge based on composition analysis of SF, a discharge test in 1 I0 kV bus section is carried on. Change rules of volume fraction of decomposited gas in different discharge types are checked. The paper proposes to take CS2, SO2 F2 and SOz as characteristic gas of hidden defects of GIS and the growth rate can be criterion for insulation of GIS. On the basis of the above, the paper introduces procedures for judging hidden defects of GIS and the effectiveness is practically verified.
