摘要
新城疫作为禽类重要的传染病之一,从发现至今已有80多年的历程,给养殖业带来不可估量的经济损失,因此对于该病的研究具有重要的意义。文章简要介绍了新城疫的几种免疫分析方法和分子生物学检测方法。
Since discovered for eighty years,Newcastle disease has being one of the most important infectious diseases in poultry which has brought incalculable economic loss to the farming industry,so the research on NDV has significance.This paper describes the analysis of Newcastle disease in several immunoassays and molecular biology methods.
