摘要
目的:探讨血管内皮细胞生长因子(VEGF)、肿瘤特异性生长因子(TSGF)、CA153和CA125联合检测在乳腺癌诊断中的应用价值。方法:采取62例乳腺癌患者血浆标本为实验组,112例乳腺良性疾病及50例健康人群血浆标本作对照组。用酶联法检测VEGF、TSGF,用免疫放射法检测CA153及CA125。结果:VEGF、TSGF、CA153及CA125对乳腺癌的敏感性分别为82.2%、85.4%、74.2%及40.3%;特异性分别为68.5%、66.0%、91.3%,及72.0%,VEGF、TSGF、CA153及CA125联合检测乳腺癌的敏感性为93.5%,特异性为89.6%。结论:联合检测与单项指标检测相比,提高了对乳腺癌早期诊断的敏感性,同时又有较好的特异性,具有一定的临床应用价值。
Objective:To explore the application values of combined detection of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),tumor specific growth factor(TSGF),CA153,and CA125 in diagnosis of breast cancer.Methods:The blood plasma samples of 62 patients with breast cancer were collected as experimental group,and the blood plasma samples of 112 patients with benign breast diseases and 50 healthy persons were collected as control group.Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay was used to detect the levels of VEGF and TSGF;radioimmunoassay was used to detect the levels of CA153 and CA125.Results:The sensitivities of VEGF,TSGF,CA153,and CA125 to breast cancer were 82.2%,85.4%,74.2%,and 40.3%,respectively;the specificities of VEGF,TSGF,CA153,and CA125 to breast cancer were 68.5%,66.0%,91.3%,and 72.0%,respectively.The sensitivity of combined detection of VEGF,TSGF,CA153,and CA125 was 93.5%,the specificity of combined detection of VEGF,TSGF,CA153,and CA125 was 89.6%.Conclusion:Compared with single index detection,combined detection of VEGF,TSGF,CA153,and CA125 improves the sensitivity of early diagnosis of breast cancer,at the seme time,the specificity is good,so combined detection has a certain clinical application value.
