反应精馏过程设计不同于常规精馏 ,利用变换组成变量 ,可借助常规精馏设计类似的方法简化设计反应精馏过程 对于平衡化学反应和速率较慢的两种类型反应 ,设计方法一般不同 前者 ,平衡化学反应对相平衡有较大影响 ;而后者 ,由于反应速率较慢 ,塔板上 (或塔内 )持液量对反应有较大影响 数学模拟可预测反应精馏过程的操作状况 平衡级模型由于简单 ,对它的研究起步较早、也较深入
The design for reactive distillation is different from that for conventional distillation. The methods for the design of the latter process are available and can be roughly applied to the former process. The design equations for the reactive distillation column can be simplified with the aid of introducing transformed composition variables. The design approach for reactive distillation columns has been presented in detail for both kinetically controlled and equilibrium controlled reactions. In the former case the volumetric hold up of liquid on each stage, which is a function of tray geometry, plays an important role in the reaction rate, while in the latter case the equilibrium chemical reaction has an effect on vapor liquid phase eqilibrium. Simulation of reactive distillation may be used as a basis of the design as well as to predict preformance of practical colum. Numerical calculation based on equilibrium stage model equations has been investigated intensively due to its simplicity. The nonequilibrium stage model of multicomponent reactive distillation is a preferential choice in the simulation of reactive distillation process both for tray and packed column.
