摘要
采用秋水仙素腹腔注射，肾细胞直接制片法对取自厦门市火烧屿网箱的养殖大黄鱼进行染色体核型分析．结果表明：大黄鱼具有４８ 条Ａ型染色体，核型公式为２ｎ＝ ４６ｔ＋ ２ｓｔ，ＮＦ＝ ４８．
The karyotypes of large yellow croaker, Pseudosciaen crocea (Richardson) collected from HuoShao Yu, Xiamen in Dec. 1998 were examined from their renal tissues by colchicine injection-air drying method. The results showed that there were 46 telocentric chromosomes and 2 sub telocentric ones in the yellow large croaker and that its karyotype formula was 2n=46t+2st,NF=48.
