摘要
以圆斑星鲽(Verasper variegatusTemminck et Schlegel)头肾细胞为材料,采用PHA体内注射,空气干燥法制备了染色体,并对其染色体核型进行了分析。结果表明,圆斑星鲽的染色体为46条,全部为端部染色体,核型公式为:2n=48t,NF=46。在已进行过染色体核型分析的鲽形目鱼类中,只有圆斑星鲽具有该核型。
The metaphase chromosome of spotted flounder Verasper variegatus was prepared from head kidney by PHA and colchicine injection and air dryed. The karyotype was analyzed. The results showed that there were 46 telocentric chromosomes in V. variegatus and the karyotype formula was 2n = 46t,NF= 46, which was unique and different from other flatefish such as Paralichthys olivaceus and Kareius bicoloratus.
