摘要
以某一发动机曲轴系统为研究对象,建立了曲轴系统扭转振动的集总参数模型,并利用集总参数模型计算了曲轴前端在气缸压力作用下的扭转角位移;分析了减振器惯性质量绕曲轴中心线的转动惯量和扭转刚度对曲轴系统扭转振动的影响;最后,对扭转减振器进行了参数优化设计,并给出了优化结果。
Considering an engine crankshaft as research object,a Lumped Parameter(LP) model of Torsional Vibration(TV) in engine crankshaft system is established.The proposed LP model is then used to calculate the torsional vibration amplitude of crank nose with cylinder loads.The damping effects of crankshaft TV Absorber(TVA) are related to the moment of inertial mass of TVA about crankshaft centerline and torsional stiffness of TVA,which are analyzed later.Finally,a detailed method for determining optimal parameters of TVA is presented and the optimal results are concluded.
