摘要
以乙腈－水，甲醇－〔乙酸－水（１０％ ，Ｖ／Ｖ）〕为ＲＰ－ＴＬＣ和ＲＰ－ＨＰＬＣ流动相测定了二茂铁基长链烷基β－二酮同系物的反相色谱行为．同系物的保留值ＲＭ 和ｌｏｇｋ′与化合物的长链烷基碳原子数及流动相中有机改性剂的体积分数均成线性关系．斜率ｓ′和截距ｌｏｇｋｗ 值也线性相关．
Reversed Phase Chromatographic behaviour of ferrocenyl long Chain alkyl β Diketones was determined by RP TLC and RP HPLC with acetonitrile water,methanol 〔acetic acid water (10%, V/V )〕 as mobile phase.A linear relationship was found between the values of R M, log K′ and carbon number of long chain alkyl of the compounds,and volume fraction of the organic modifier in the mobile phase.The slope s′ and the intercept log K W values correlate also to linearity.
