摘要
用反相薄层色谱(RP-TLC)探索了某些二茂铁甲氨基烷氧基硅烷〔FcCH2NHCHCH2OSi(CH2)nHR〕的反相高效液相色谱(RP-HPLC)分离条件.两种不同系列的二茂铁甲氨基烷氧基硅烷在RP-TLC和RP-HPLC中均得到满意分离,并探讨了它们在反相色谱中保留特性与分子结构及流动相组成的关系.
The separation conditions of reversed phase high performance liquid chromatography for some ferrocenylmethylaminoalkoxy silanes have been examined by means of reversed phase thin layer chromatography.Two different series of ferrocenylmethylaminoalkoxy silanes have been separated by RP-TLC and RP-HPLC successfully.The relationship between their retention character and molecular structure and the composition of the mobile phase also has been investigated in reversed phase charomatography.
