摘要
用溶剂法提取油茶饼中的油茶皂甙,经重结晶法制备的标准品标定有效成分含量为81.8%。以制备的油茶皂甙为材料对枯草杆菌、大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌进行抑菌实验。结果表明:油茶皂甙对这3种细菌均有抑制作用,且对枯草杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌抑制作用较强,0.10 g/mL质量浓度油茶皂甙对3种细菌均具有致死作用;不同质量浓度油茶皂甙均能产生抑菌圈,抑菌圈直径大小与油茶皂甙浓度呈正相关。
Tea saponin was extracted from oil -tea camellia seed cake with ethanol, and its antibacterial activities were studied. The results indicated that the tea saponin had restraining effects on Escherichia coli , Staphylococcus aureus and Bacillus subtilis , and its effects on Staphylococcus aureus and Bacillus subtilis were strong. The tea saponin with concentration of 0.10 g/mL had lethal effect on the three kinds of bacteria. The antibacterial circle diameter and the concentration of tea saponin were positively correlated.
