摘要
航空结构件在数控铣削加工过程中的加工变形问题是航空制造领域的共性难题。通过分析零件加工变形机理,综合运用塑性变形消除、加工应力控制、预应力装夹、滚碾校正,形成了一整套加工变形控制方法。该方法已在国内某大型航空企业航空薄壁弧形框数控加工中取得了良好的应用效果。
The deformation of aeronautical component in CNC machining is a bottle-neck issue in aviation industry.Based on analysis of machining deformation principle,a new machining deformation con-trol methodology,which applies removing perpetual deformation,controlling machining stresses, loading pre-liminary stresses and rolling straightening synthetically,is proposed in it.The method has been applied in machining a thin-wall arc shaped in a large aircraft manufacturer of china,which result shows that this method is practical.
