摘要
为了建立简化高效的数学模型,本文对高速加工中的航空结构件进行了简化,并且运用MSC.Patran提供的二次开发工具PCL,编写了自定义的用户界面。对简化后的模型(几何尺寸变化、构型变化)进行了大量仿真,最后通过回归的方法建立了可供切削参数优化程序使用的弹性变形模型。
In this paper, the aerospace structure parts in high-speed machining are simplified at the engineer ing aspect, and a user-interface is built with the PCI. language, which is the developing tool offered by the MSC. A large numher of simt, lations are carried out on the simplified models, varying the geometry dimen sions and the shape. Finally an elastic deformation model used for cutting parameter optimizing programme is huilt by using regression method.
