摘要
设计了一种基于音圈电机驱动的无针注射系统,并对系统的射流喷射压力进行了实验检测。研究结果表明,系统形成的射流最大喷射压力能够刺穿人体皮肤组织。系统具有结构简单,驱动力大小可控等特点,克服了现有以弹簧或者高压气体为动力源的无针注射技术的不足。
We designed a needle- free injection system powered by voice coil motor. And the injec- tion pressure of the nozzle's exit was measured. Results show that the needle -free injection system generated enough injection pressure to piece into skin. The system has features such as simple struc- ture, controllable driving force, and overcomes the disadvantages of the common spring - type or com- pressed gas- type needle- free injection system.
