摘要
介绍了音圈电机的结构;以电磁场计算为基础,分析了磁路和电路参数对电机性能的影响;根据计算结果设计了一台样机,并进行了实验研究。仿真和实验结果验证了利用数值计算进行音圈电机设计的有效性。
The structure of voice coil actuators was introduced in this paper and the influences of parameters in magnetic and electrical circuits to the performance were also discussed based on the calculation of the electromagnetic field. A prototype was designed according to the results and some experiments were carried out. The experimental and the calculated results confirmed the availability of numerical calculation in the design of voice coil actuators.
