摘要
对江苏四家酒店的员工进行问卷调查,运用因子分析方法对影响酒店员工工作满意度的相关因素进行分析,并基于结构方程模型探讨酒店工作相关因素对于员工工作满意度的影响。研究结果表明,工作薪酬与组织结构、酒店经营、人际关系三个因素对酒店员工工作满意度有显著的影响。
The study examines factors which have impacted on the job satisfaction.Through investigation on employees from four hotels in Jiangsu province,this paper uses the method of factor analysis to discuss the influence of job related factors on job satisfaction.The study findings show that the hotel employees' job satisfaction is affected by job compensation and organizational structure,operation of the hotel,job environment and interpersonal relationship,in which job compensation and organizational structure,operation of the hotel and interpersonal relationship are significantly related to job satisfaction.
