摘要
本文通过对湖南省样本企业进行工作满意度影响因素的统计研究 ,发现员工对现有人际关系满意度最高 ,工作报酬的满意度得分最低 ;而工作本身特征及工作报酬要素对整体工作满意度的影响较大。因此建议企业注意合理分工和工作丰富化、建立公平合理的激励机制并引导机会均等、注重员工工作成就感等 ,以改善员工满意度 ,提高工作效率。
We had carried out statistical study about influential factors of job satisfaction in Hunan sample enterprises, and found that the employees' job satisfaction scored highest in existing human relations and lowest in work rewards, while job itself characteristics and work rewards had great effect on whole job satisfaction. Hence, we suggest that enterprises should pay attention to rational division of job and job enrichment and establish fair-rational motivational mechanism to opportunity equalization and attach importance to employees' achievement sense, so that they can improve employees' job satisfaction and work efficiency.
