摘要
目的建立伤湿止痛巴布剂中阿托品的含量测定方法。方法运用高效液相色谱法,Apollo-C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)色谱柱,以乙腈-磷酸盐缓冲液(12∶88)为流动相,流速为1.0 mL/min,检测波长为210 nm。结果阿托品在0.3152～3.94μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.99995),平均加样回收率为100.7%,RSD=2.2%。结论本法简便、准确、重复性好、专属性强,为伤湿止痛巴布剂质量控制提供了方法。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of atropine in Shangshizhitong Cataplasm.Methods HPLC was used with Apollo-C18 column（4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm）,acetonitrile-phosphate buffer（12∶88） as mobile phase,the flow rate at 1.0 mL/min and detected wavelength set at 210 nm.Results Atropine showed a good linearity relationship in the range of 0.315 2-3.94 μg,r=0.999 95.The average recovery was 100.7%,RSD was 2.2%.Conclusion The method is simple and accurate,with good reproducibility and strong specificity.It can be used for the quality control of Shangshizhitong Cataplasm.
