摘要
目的:建立小承气汤中肉桂酸、大黄酸、芦荟大黄素和川陈皮素的HPLC同时测定方法。方法:采用Apollo C18柱(150mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈和0.011%冰乙酸溶液,梯度洗脱,时间25min,流速1mL/min,检测波长为254nm。结果:肉桂酸、大黄酸、芦荟大黄素和川陈皮素的线性范围分别为0.08-0.47、0.58-2.02、0.19-0.37和0.02-1.39μg,精密度为0.44%、0.17%、0.52%和0.33%,平均回收率分别为97.3%、99.1%、99.3%和100.5%。结论:建立的方法简便、灵敏、准确,可用于小承气汤的质量控制。
Objective：To establish a RP-HPLC method for determination of cinnamic acid,rhein,aloe-emodin and nobiletin in Xiaochengqi decoction.Methods：Apollo C18 column（150mm×4.6mm,5um）was used with the mobile phase of acetonitrile and 0.011% acetic acid aqueous solution in gradient mode.The flow rate was 1.0mL/min,and the detection wavelength was set at 254nm.Results：The calibration curve was linear in the range of 0.08-0.47ug for the cinnamic acid,0.58-2.02ug for the rhein,0.19-0.37ug for the aloe-emodin,and 0.02-1.39ug for the nobiletin.The inner-day RSD was 0.44%、0.17%、0.52% and 0.33%,and the average recovery was 97.3%、99.1%、99.3和100.5%,respectively.Conclusion：This method is accurate,simple and sensitive,and can be used for the quality control of Xiaochengqi decoction.
