摘要
采用两种不同类型的季磷盐对Na基黏土进行有机化插层改性制备出有机黏土;然后用熔融共混法制备了蒙脱土(MMT)/尼龙6(PA6)纳米复合材料样条,其中蒙脱土的加入量均为5%。XRD分析表明,PA6分子链很好地插入蒙脱土片层间,使层间距明显扩大。在室温下测量了复合材料样条的V型缺口冲击强度,实验数据表明,季磷盐改性蒙脱土的填充能有效提高PA6的冲击性能。应用分形理论进行定量分析,结果表明十八烷基三丁基季磷盐处理的黏土对PA6的改性效果优于另外一种季磷盐处理的黏土的改性效果。
In this paper, the organic clay was prepared by using two types of quaternary phosphorus salts treating Na-based clay, then the PA6/montmorillonite (MMT) nanoeomposies spline were prepared by melt blending method, the addition amount of MMT were all 5%. By means of XRD, it indicated that PA6 was imbedded in the strength of composites layer of MMT, the spline was measured layer distance was at room temperature. expanded obviously. Results showed that The V-notched impact filling of MMT modified by quaternary phosphorus salts can effectively improve the impact properties of PA6. Using the fractal theory for quantitative analysis, the results proved that the modification effect for PA6 using the clay treated by tribu- tyl octadecyl quaternary phosphorus salt was better than using clays treated by another type.
