摘要
环氧树脂/酸酐体系通常需要在160℃以上才能固化完全,故需加入适当促进剂,以降低固化温度和缩短固化时间。但目前沿用的叔胺类促进剂,将使固化体系失去室温贮存性。而理想的固化促进剂不仅具有降低固化温度的功能,同时又能保持固化体系较长的室温贮存期。本实验室最近合成了几种季鏻盐、季铵盐及膦系列化合物,并就它们对双酚A型环氧树脂/四氢邻苯二甲酸酐体系的固化促进作用及室温贮存稳定性作了考察。
Quaternary phospnonium, quaternary ammonium and triphenyl phosphine compounds have been evaluated as latent accelerators for bisphenol 'A' epoxy resin cured with liquid anhydride. Results show that they give good comprinise of accelerating effectiveness and storage stability at the concentration of 0.1%. However, as the concentration increased to 1% level, though the accelerativeness is promoted, the storage lifetimes are decreased to the order of a few days.
