温度相关工艺参数对外角撑制件双料注射成型质量的影响 被引量:1

Effect of Processing Parameters Related to Temperature on Injection Molding Quality of Exterior Corner Brace

摘要 基于界面扩散结合理论,利用Moldflow软件研究温度相关工艺参数对外角撑制件界面结合强度和翘曲变形的影响。结果表明:提高先、后注射材料的熔体温度和后注射材料的模具温度以及缩短先注射材料的模内冷却时间均可增加制件界面结合强度;除冷却时间外,制件总体变形随材料注射温度和模具温度的提高均有不同程度的增加,但高度方向的变形却在减小。 Based on the interface defusing bonding theory and Moldflow software, the effects of processing parameters related to temperature on interface bonding strength and warpage deflection of the exterior corner brace were researched. The results showed that the interface bonding strength of the exterior corner brace would be enhanced if increasing the injection temperatures of body material, overmolding material and mold temperature of overmolding material as well as shortening the cooling time of body. Except cooling time, there was different degree augmentation of the part overall deflection with temperature increasing the injection and the mold, but reducing the part height-direction deflection.
