摘要
以不同厚度下的方形塑件为试验对象,研究厚度对结晶型塑料和无定型塑料的翘曲变形量的影响规律。结果表明,塑料的翘曲变形量与壁厚成正比;厚度变化对结晶型塑料翘曲收缩量影响更为显著;注射成型横向翘曲变形量大于纵向翘曲变形量。并将研究结果应用于实际生产。
Taking square parts of different thickness as the test objects, the effects of thickness on the warpage of crystalline thermoplastics and amorphous thermoplastics was researched. The result showed that warpage increased with the wall thickness, wall thickness affected the warpage shrinkage of crystalline thermo- plastics more significantly, and the transverse warping deformation was more than that of longitudinal warping deformation. The theory was used in industrial production.
