摘要
目的探讨内镜技术在耳鼻咽喉科临床教学中的应用。方法对在我院临床见习的本科学生中,通过应用内镜技术辅助完成临床教学任务,包括内窥镜下的解剖和手术示教。结果通过内镜技术在临床教学中的应用,实习学生在临床教学中更好地对外耳、中耳、鼻腔、喉部的结构的理解和掌握,实现了"零距离"解剖及互动的手术示教。结论内镜技术对耳鼻咽喉科临床教学可以起到良好的辅助作用,对一些解剖结构的教学可以起到事半功倍的效果。
Objective To explore the application of endoscopic techniques in otorhinolaryngology clinical teaching. Methods The endoscopic techniques including endoscope assisted anatomy and the operation of teaching were applied in auxiliary completion of clinical teaching assignment to the undergraduate interns in our hospital. Results The undergraduate interns had a better understanding and mastering for the structures of external ear, middle ear, nose and throat by the application of endoscopic techniques in otorhinolaryngology clinical teaching. The anatomy with ＂zero distance＂ and interactive operation teaching were achieved. Conclusion Endoscopic techniques play a good supporting role in otorhinolaryngology clinical teaching with good results in anatomical structure teaching.
