摘要
目的观察5-氟尿嘧啶球结膜下注射治疗复发性翼状胬肉的疗效。方法采用球结膜下注射5-氟尿嘧啶治疗30例38眼复发性翼状胬肉,于球结膜下注射后1星期、1月、3月、6月、1年观察翼状胬肉形态,血管改变及并发症,评价临床治疗效果。结果 30例38眼治愈34眼,有效3眼,无效复发1眼,治愈率89.5%(34/38),有效率7.9%(3/38),复发率2.6%(1/38),未见明显并发症。结论 5-氟尿嘧啶球结膜下注射治疗部分复发性翼状胬肉,方法简洁,创伤小,恢复快,复发率低,适合因为全身条件无法耐受再次手术,以及因为经济原因无法承受第二次手术的患者。
Objective To observe the effect of subconjunctival 5-fluorouracil injection treating recurrent pterygium. Methods 30cases of recurrent pterygium （38 eyes） were treated with subconjunctival 5-fluorouracil injection. The pterygium features, vascular change and complications were observed one week, one month, 3 months, 6 months, one year after injection to evaluate theclinical effect. Results 34 eyes were healed, 3 eyes were effective and one case owere invalid in 30 cases （38 eyes）, with curative rate of 89.5%, effective rate of 7.9% and recurrence rate of 2.6%; no obvious complications occurred. Conclusion Subconjunctival 5-fluorouracil injection treating recurrent pterygium has the advantages of simple method, small trauma, fast recover and low recurrence rate, which is suitable for patients Intolerant for second operation due to human condition and unacceptable for second operation due to economic reasons.
