摘要
目的探讨腹膜透析技术规范化的必要性及临床意义。方法选取2007年2月至2011年8月采用腹膜透析技术治疗慢性肾功能衰竭患者69例,研究与腹膜透析技术相关的并发症情况。结果与腹膜透析技术相关的并发症主要包括:感染(发生率由2007年的42.85%逐年下降至2011年的5.26%,总发生率为14.49%);外科技术相关性并发症如管周渗漏(4.35%)、渗血(15.94%)、疼痛(39.13%);导管技术相关性并发症如导管脱落(1.45%)、导管堵塞(5.80%)、导管移位(18.84%)。结论重视腹膜透析技术的规范化有助于推广腹膜透析治疗慢性肾功能衰竭,明显减少腹膜透析的退出率。
Objective To explore the necessity and clinical significance of standardized operation of peritoneal dialysis techniques. Methods Sixty-nine patients with peritoneal dialysis technology to treat chronic renal failure （CRF） from February 2007 to August 2011 were selected to analyse the complications associated with peritoneal dialysis. Results The complication of peritoneal dialysis including： infection （the incidence decreased from 42.85% in 2007 to 5.26% in 2011, with total incidence of 14.49%）; the surgical technique related complications such as peritubular leak （4.35%）, blood oozing （15.94%） and pain （39.13%）; catheter technique related complications such as catheter shedding （1.45%）, catheter obstruction （5.80%）, catheter translocation （18.84%）. Conclusion Payinging great attention to standardization of peritoneal dialysis techniques is helpful to promote peritoneal dialysis in the treatment of chronic renal failure, and obviously decrease the withdrawal rate of pertitoneal dialysis.
