摘要
论述了控制系统以计算机为中心,以光纤环网(以太网)和PROFIBUS控制网进行信息传输,设计开发烧结机点火炉自动化控制系统,应用智能控制技术较好地实现了点火炉燃烧控制,满足了生产工艺对燃烧温度的要求,并实现了点火炉的主操作画面、历史趋势显示及报表、报警打印等功能。
The automatic control system for sintering igniter uses computer as core.The information transmitting is realized through Ethernet and PROFIBUS net.Via automatic control system,the sintering igniter combustion is controlled automatically which meets requirement of technological process on combustion temperature.The automatic control system can display manipulation menu historic trend and print report list alarm.
