摘要
野战灭菌器是军队卫勤保障的重要装备,他们的工作环境恶劣,控制过程一般很难用精确的数学模型来描述,并且具有非线性、大惯性以及时变等特点。针对这种情况,提出了基于模糊PID理论的控制方案,该方案先使温度快速升高至目标温度附近,然后通过模糊控制整定PID参数使温度稳定在目标值。最后以C8051F330单片机为核心,具体实现了一个使用该控制方案的野战灭菌器温度控制系统。该系统采用了最小硬件电路设计思想,具有线路简单、性能可靠的特点,有很好的实际应用价值。
Field sterilization is an important military logistic equipment. It works in inclement battlefield and the characteristics of temperature's control of its are non - linear, strong inertia and time - variant, So, this papergives a fuzzy - PID control method for stabilizing the temperature quickly around the required temperature first, and then reaching the required temperature by automatically adjusting the parameters by fuzzy control method. Then a self - adaptive fuzzy - PID temperature control system is introduced in this paper,which is based on the C8051F330 chip microcomputer. It is applied in field sterilization temperature control. The controller has simple circuit and credible performance, it has great valuable in practical application.
