改进的质量功能配置在订单驱动产品开发中的应用 被引量:9

Study on Applications of Improved QFD in Design for Order

摘要 在客户需求、响应速度、开发风险等方面对面向大批量生产、大批量定制及面向订单的产品开发方式进行了比较。基于质量功能配置(QFD)方法适用性的分析,提出了对QFD方法进行改进以适应当前面向订单的产品开发模式,并对QFD方法的主要工具———质量屋,从内容和形式上进行了重构。以典型的订单驱动的产品开发———高压开关柜定制为例,用重构的质量屋来进行产品规划,能够快速、简便、准确地响应客户的个性化需求。 The designs for Mass Production, Mass Customization and Order were compared mainly in the customer's demands, response speed and so oh. Based on analysis of applicability for QFD, the improved QFD was proposed to fit the Design for Order, and HOQ that is the main tool of QFD was reconstructed both in contents and format. A case of high-voltage switch tank design where the order drives the development was studied, and in the case reconstructive HOQ was used. The results indicate that the design with reconstructive HOQ can respond the individual demands rapidly, simply and truly.
