摘要
目的观察头孢哌酮钠/舒巴坦钠防治妇产科感染的临床效果。方法选择本院妇科2009年6月~2010年12月112例患者,将其随机分为两组,观察组56例患者采用头孢哌酮钠/舒巴坦钠,对照组56例患者采用阿莫西林/克拉维酸钾,对两组的临床疗效进行比较。结果观察组治疗有效率为96.42%,对照组有效率为94.64%。两组有效率差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。观察组清除率为87.10%,对照组清除率为87.50%,两组检出细菌数与清除率差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。两种治疗方法主要不良反应表现为皮疹、AST或AIJT轻度升高等,观察组不良反应4例,占7.14%;对照组5例,占8.93%,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。两组患者均无明显的肝肾不良反应。结论头孢哌酮钠/舒巴坦钠联用对防治妇产科感染具有安全性和有效性,可在临床推广应用。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Cefoperazone SodiurrdSulbactam Sodium to prevent and control the infection in obstetrics and gynecology. Methods One hundred and twelve patients were chosen from June 2009 to Decem- ber 2010 in the department of gynecological and were randomly divided into two groups, the observation group of 56 pa- tients was given Cefoperazone SodiundSulbactam Sodium, and the control group was given Amoxicillin/Clavulanic Potassi- um, clinical curative effects of two groups were compared. Results The effective rate of observation group was 96.42%, while the effective rate of control group was 94.64%, the effective rate had no obvious difference between two groups with no statistical significance (P 〉 0.05). The clearance rate of observation group was 87.10%, and the Clearance rate of control group was 87.50%, the clearance had no obvious difference between two groups with no statistical significance (P 〉 0.05). The major adverse reaction performance in two groups were rash, ALT or AST raised smoothly, there were 4 cases of the adverse reaction in the observation group, accounted for 7.14%; 5 cases in the control group, accounted for 8.93%, the rate of adverse reaction had no obvious difference between two groups with no statistical significance (P 〉 0.05). Two groups of patients were not significantly adverse reaction of the kidney and liver. Conclusion Cefoperazone Sodium/Sulbaetam Sodium to prevent infection in the department of obstetrics and gynecology has safety and effectiveness, which can be application in clinical.
