摘要
讨论基于断裂力学理论求解应力强度因子的方法。在此基础上介绍利用Ansys有限元分析软件对含有三维裂纹的隔膜泵曲轴应力强度因子进行计算的过程,同时介绍使用Ansys软件自带的宏命令建立含三维裂纹模型的方法,并使用该方法对含三维裂纹曲轴各个截面在12种工况下分别进行分析,得出各个截面存在裂纹时的危险等级。通过有限元分析计算,可以判断曲轴裂纹是否扩展,从而为生产过程中的探伤等工艺提供参考。
The method which for solving the stress intensity factor based on fracture mechanics theory are discussed.On this basis,introduced a processes for calculate stress intensity factors on the diaphragm pump crankshaft.The crankshaft contains a three-dimensional crack which stress intensity factors for finite element analysis and calculation with the use of Ansys finite element analysis software.At the same time,the method with use of macro command about Ansys software to establish three-dimensional crack model were expatiated,and using this method to analyze 12 kinds of cases for each cross section of crankshaft containing three-dimensional cracks,in order to evaluate the gradation of the risk on various cross-section with crack.Through finite element analysis calculation can determine whether to expand the crankshaft crack,so as to provide reference for the detection technology of production process.
