摘要
根据切向变位的直齿锥齿轮的结构特点,建立了由实体单元和接触单元构成的一对齿接触的模型。采用基于圣·维南原理的局部优化网格化方法以及局部网格优化方法,建立了更为合理的有限元计算模型。计算结果表明,采用局部网格化方法可以更加迅速和精确的计算含有应力集中现象的模型,同时也为锥齿轮的强度设计提供合理的参考依据。
According to the structural characteristic of tangential profile shifted straight bevel gears, the finite element model of a pair of meshing teeth composed of solid elements and contact elements are built up. The more reasonable FEM computating model is created by using the sub-modeling method, enlightened by st. Venant's principle, and localized face refined methods. The results show that, for those FEM models containing stress concentration, more accurate results can be obtained by using sub-modeling method. This method can also provicle reasonable reference for the strength design of bevel gears.
