摘要
目的:探讨并分析无痛人工流产术的护理方法,并观察其临床护理效果及应用价值。方法:回顾性分析420例自愿接受无痛人工流产术患者的一般资料,按照自愿选择的原则分为观察组和对照组,各有210例。对照组患者进行常规的术前、术中、术后护理,观察组患者在对照组的基础上针对患者的自身情况,制定了相应的心理护理计划。观察和比较两组患者的并发症的发生情况。结果:两组患者均顺利完成手术,术后观察组发生7例并发症,并发症发生率为3.3%;对照组发生18例并发症,并发症发生率为8.6%,观察组并发症发生情况明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:临床进行无痛人工流产术根据手术的特点做好术前、术中、术后的护理,并对患者的心理进行特殊的护理能够大大的提高手术的质量,改善患者的病情和预后,有效降低手术并发症,明显提高患者的生存质量和生活质量,值得临床进一步推广应用。
Objective: To explore and analyze the nursing method of painless artificial abortion, and to observe its clinical effect and value. Methods: Four hundred and twenty cases of pregnancy patients who voluntaryly received painless artificial abortion were retrospectively analyzed, and all patients were divided into two groups, the observation group and the control group, each of 210 cases. The control group patients were given normal preoperative, intraoperative, postoperative care. The observation group patients were given appropriate psychological care plan according to their own situation on the basis of the control group. The incidence of complications of the two groups patients were observed and compared. Results: Two groups of patients were all successfully operated, seven cases of the observation group had complications after operation, the complication rate was 3.3%; the control group had 18 cases complications, and thecomplication rate was 8.6%; the observation group were significantly superior to the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion: According to the characteristics of operation, do preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative care well, and patients with special psychological care, we find that effective nursing measures and psychological care can greatly improve the quality of surgery and improve the patient's condition and prognosis, reduce surgical complications, significantly improve the quality of lives of patients, it is worthy of further clinical application.
