摘要
本文以笔者的临床经验探讨如何提高治疗口腔扁平苔癣的疗效,更好地指导临床治疗,并总结口腔扁平苔癣的临床、病理特点及致病因素、体会。在治疗中应该重视整体观念,扶正固本是基础。明确病机的虚实,辨证论治求病因;组方用药配伍技巧,同时注意抓住时机是治疗的关键,为治疗扁平苔藓提供新的思路。
This article explore the effect of oral lichen planus treated by traditional Chinese medical combined with author＇s experiences. Symptoms, pathological characteristics and pathogenic factors of oral lichen planus were summarized in this article. The author experienced that concept of wholism should be pay attention, strengthening the body resistance and consolidating the body essential were basical as well as finding out asthenia and sthenia. Etiology was analysised by syndrome differentiation and treatment, at the same time curative opportunity should be grasp. This article providing a new method to treat the oral lichen planus and guiding the clinical better.
