摘要
目的探讨黏液型胃癌(MGC)与低分化胃癌(PDGC)的临床病理特征、诊断和影响预后的相关因素。方法收集18例MGC患者和98例PDGC患者临床资料并进行比较分析。结果 MGC与PDGC患者发病年龄(t=5.07)、远处转移率(χ2=6.262)、腹膜种植率(χ2=7.881)和根治性切除率(χ2=3.981)差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者除性别对治疗效果无影响外,年龄、临床分期、肿瘤大小、浸润程度、淋巴结转移情况、是否远处转移、是否肝转移和腹膜种植均是影响治疗效果和预后的因素。结论 MGC与PDGC总体预后相当,早期发现和早期治疗对组织学类型较差的MGC和PDGC很重要。
Objective To study the clinicopathological characteristics,diagnosis,treatment and prognosis between mucinous gastric cancer（MGC） and poorly differentiated gastric cancer（PDGC）.Methods The clinical data of 18 cases of MGC and 98 cases of PDGC were retrospectively reviewed,compared and analyzed.Results There were significant differences（P0.05） in age（t=5.07）,frequency of peritoneal seeding（χ2=7.881）,distant metastasis（χ2=6.262）,and rate of radical resection（χ2=3.981） between MGC and PDGC.Except of sex,age,clinical stages,size of tumor,level of infiltration,lymphatic metastasis,distal metastasis,liver metastasis and peritoneal seeding were influencing factors for outcome of treatment in MGC group and PDGC group.Conclusion The prognosis of MGC and PDGC is similar and it is important in early detection and treatment of MGC and PDGC.
